Coupons vs Rebates in Transmission Repair

As the Owner of Broadway Transmission & More, I have considered for some time how we might reward the customer who uses our transmission services while adhering to our commitment to offer fair, competitive prices and ways to save money whenever possible.

I love coupons!  My wife cuts out plenty of them when go grocery shopping, and I can see real savings off a set commodity priced item.  If I have a dollar coupon for a box of Cheerios that cost $4.25, then I am smart enough to know that my final real price will be $3.25 and a total savings of one dollar.  However, most auto repair does not work on the same principal.

For instance, unlike Broadway Transmission and More, most of our competitors will not give you a written estimate of a transmission job until they remove your transmission and disassemble it.  Then, they ask you to present any "coupon" before any work begins.  Why?  So they can mark up the estimate to cover the cost of their phony coupon and thus still get the price they wanted to begin with.  So, in reality, there is no substantial money savings that you can see like the box of Cheerios.

We use Rebates after the job so that you can see a real check in your hand after you have had the work done and negotiated your best deal.  This, then, is real money and not some imaginary savings that was more air than substance.

Please take the time to visit our Service Rebate Desk where you can browse the terms of the various rebates and then enjoy real savings, today.
